I have been working for my boss since he started his business eight years ago. When he told me about the financial trouble the business is in, we decided that we would first speak to Bankruptcy Lawyers Tampa and then take it from there. This was a very sad day for me and I had a constant lump in my throat but I needed to contain myself so that I could be strong for my boss. After phoning various bankruptcy lawyers Tampa, I chose the company which came across as the most professional and set up an appointment for my boss to go and see them. I prepared all the paperwork which the bankruptcy lawyers Tampa said that they needed to see so that everything was ready for my boss. For the rest of the day I did not see my boss, I guess he just wanted to take some time off but the next morning he was at the office and he seemed slightly more positive. He explained the entire process to me and it was then that I realized that he will be okay.

What Shall I Do Now?

New helpline to tackle bad employment practiceI am not really sure where to invest my redundancy package. I have been talking to a few financial advisers and they have said that they will look after it for me and that I should get a good return on my money (though there was no guarantee that I will make money). I have a feeling that by having a financial adviser as a middle man I am likely to be giving a large proportion of any profits that I earn to a third party. Because of this I am thinking about taking more control of my own finances and with this in mind I have been looking at some of the Reviews of Lending Club as I feel that if I was to invest my money into peer-to-peer lending networks I may get a better return than if I was to let the financial adviser take complete control of my financial investments.

Filed under: Debt Consolidation — Tags: — admin @ 3:06 pm

When my husband left me unexpectedly, my entire world turned upside down because not only did he leave me, but he left our kids behind too, and a mountain of debt as well. I did my best to hold everything together for our family which meant I had to put my own heartbreak on the back burner. Even though I did my best, I was just not able to pay all of our bills since over half of our income had disappeared. It only took a month before I knew that I had to contact a lawyer to see what my options were. I knew that if I could get child support payments we would be okay, but if I didn’t then I would have to look into georgia bankruptcy. I hated what was happening, but I have to do what I can to take care of my family as best as I can!

Taking the Necessary Steps for My Future

Filed under: Debt Consolidation — Tags: — admin @ 8:50 am

As every new and returning college student we are much aware of just how much each college semester costs. Unfortunately I have to pay for it all on my own because, my parents are having their own financial difficulty. I was able to do my FAFSA and received some financial aid. It was not enough for the entire semester which means I will need to take out some student loans. My goal is to try to pay off debt for each semester before I am even done with my degree. When I am done with my degree they are going to be raising the interest rate and making me make the payments. This way I am able to make my own payments that I could afford for that specific month. I know that taking these loans are very necessary for my future so I can land my ultimate job position which is why I do it.

It's So Hard to Decide

Filed under: Debt Consolidation — Tags: — admin @ 12:53 am

With all the information out there about identity theft and everything, of course a person has to be concerned about it. It’s the kind of thing that can really happen to you without your even knowing it for years. Like everyone, I’ve seen and read all the horror stories about this, so I want to get a safe credit report to make sure that there is nothing weird going on that I don’t know about like my husband having extra credit cards or something. I have a friend who recently went through bankruptcy, only to find out that her husband had 14 cards! She had no clue. So if she’d just gotten a safe credit report on both of them once in a while, she could have stopped him from doing that much sooner before it got out of hand. Right now I’m looking around online to find a site where I can get a report that I can trust.
